President Chavez will be the major speaker at a Hands off Venezuela and Cuba event which will take place at the “Arena” in Vienna, Austria this Friday, May 12. President Hugo Chavez is planning to visit London at the invitation of Mayor Ken Livingstone on Monday and Tuesday 15/16 May. "This will be a fantastic occassion”, stated Jorge Martin, the international secretary of Hands Off Venezuela. Hands Off Venezuela made a very good intervention in May Day. At the beginning of the march in Clerkenwell, a large stall was set up behind a massive HOV banner selling literature and t-shirts. The new HOV magazine was on sale throughout the demonstration.
